Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility is the Ob/Gyn subspecialty that addresses the causes and management of infertility. Subspecialists in this area manage many of the problems associated with infertility through artificial reproductive technologies, such as in vitro fertilization. They also direct the diagnosis and management of other syndromes, including galactorrhea, hirsutism and masculinization. There are currently approximately 37 approved training programs in the subspecialty of Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility.
