The Foundation for Exxcellence in Women’s Health Care, in collaboration with the Fellowship in Family Planning and the Kenneth J. Ryan Residency Training Program, has successfully completed the first Exxcellence in Family Planning Research Course. This was the same highly renowned course in research methods and evidence-based medicine taught since 1987 by the expert team of Drs. David Grimes and Kenneth Schulz.
This fully funded six-day course was offered for Fellowship in Family Planning Directors, Graduated Fellowship in Family Planning Fellows, Ryan Program Directors, Junior Faculty and RHEDI Program Directors. It provided an intensive introduction to epidemiology, research methods and data analysis.
