The course curriculum provides an intensive introduction to epidemiology, research methods, and data analysis, and meets the requirements for subspecialty fellowship training in this area.

In order to maintain an interactive seminar format, the number of participants is limited to 28 per course. Because the number of applications exceeds the number of available slots, participants will be chosen by lottery. All applicants will have an equal chance of being selected.

The Exxcellence Foundation continues to seek funding to support the courses. In addition to corporate and foundation funding, and to insure the growth and sustainability of the program, tuition of $3000 per attendee is being charged.

Participants (or their Departments) will be responsible for tuition, air and ground transportation, and lodging costs. Discounted airfares will be available through the designated travel agency and housing costs are estimated to be approximately $1200.
